On the next page, you will be prompted for your identification number and password. Enter the correct information, then click on the "Next" button. If you have more than one active policy, you will be prompted to choose the specific policy for which you want to create a certificate. If you wish to create certificates for more than one policy, you must do them one at a time. The next screen will request Certificate Holder information. After you have entered the information and verified it is correct, click on the "Next" button. A Certificate of Insurance will be created. Depending on your internet connection speed, the certificate may take a few seconds to load. After it has loaded, you can use your browser's PRINT button to print as many copies as you need.
